Matthew C. Smith
Having over two decades of hands-on experience in the real estate industry, Matthew has and continues to help thousands of clients make the right decision, day in and day out when it comes to listing, buying, and managing properties in Southern California. His wide range of experience spans from multi-unit apartment sales, single family homes, mobile homes, & vacant land sales.
He loves getting to know his clients and understanding how he can be an effective representative for all their real estate needs. Most importantly, his unrivaled work ethic and unstoppable drive to exceed customer expectations are invaluable as he has been responsible for over $65 Million dollars in closed real estate transactions for Lido.
A graduate of Cal State Fullerton with a B.A. in Sociology, and alumni of both the Fullerton College and BIOLA University baseball teams, Matthew has been married to his wonderful bride, Ruth, for 13 years, is an avid archery hunter, and coaches multiple Little League Baseball teams for their 4 sons.
Mike Mattson
Mike Mattson began his real estate career in Battle Creek, Michigan in 1972. Mike was a top producer year after year winning numerous local awards averaging more than 50 sales per year. After 7 years he had gained experience and knowledge and had always dreamed of Sunny Orange County, so he took a leap of faith and moved across the Country.
He found success building up a resume that includes over 1400 closed escrows, served on the Board of Directors of the local board of realtors, personally responsible for training thousands of new and experienced agents, sales manager at multiple top production real estate companies, guest speaker at numerous sales agent conferences, and is called upon as a Real Estate Expert in litigation cases.
More than anything, Mike loves to sell real estate. He doesn't care if a call comes in at 6AM or 6PM, a sales call is a call to action that gives him excitement and exhilaration. His experience and knowledge have helped new and old clients reach their goals. They all know Mike is a person that will represent their best interest. As an experienced, trusted advisor to other real estate agents and his clients, Mike’s loyal support to those around him have earned him the title of “Top Producer.”
Mike is a graduate of Western Michigan University, and enjoys spending free time with his grandson, Tyler.
